Invite!
The creative team and I were putting the final details together on Tuesday for a message. Matthew 21:10 was written on the page and Todd mentioned it in reference to something else we are getting ready to do.
Early next week – our first mailer will hit this city. We made a decision early on that this would have to be something that would spark a response in order to get the attention of those who do not go to church. That’s where the previously mentioned verse comes into play. As Jesus made his way into Jerusalem, “the whole city was stirred, and asked, Who is This?” That is the response we are looking for! We want to get people talking – about someone that’s not normally on their radar.
With that in mind, the next five weeks will be the best of our very short existence. Join us as we do whatever it takes so that your friends, neighbors, and family members can hear that “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee”.
Freedom you have shown what you can do with a simple invitation. Now, let’s do it again!
